MCRI IT have recently launched a new IT ticketing system. This new system will be run in parallel with the old system for a period of time before the old one is turned off.
Go to the new IT ticketing system to:
- Submit and track a new IT request or incident
Go to the old ticketing system to:
- Submit a request outside of IT – in areas such as,
- Animal Management System,
- CEBU and REDCap,
- EHS,
- Facilities,
- OpenSpecimen,
- Galaxy,
- Electronic Laboratory Notebooks,
- Tissue Culture – Media Request and Cell Line Request,
- SS&I
- Access an active IT ticket that was submitted and remained unsolved as of 8am on Wednesday 27 September 2023
- Access old IT tickets
